Terminals and where we meet you
Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, plus the private aviation terminals. Each has a different arrivals layout, and the meet point differs accordingly.
- Terminal 5 - British Airways and Iberia. Arrivals hall at the barrier; the most straightforward of the five for meet and greet.
- Terminal 2 - Star Alliance carriers. Arrivals concourse. Note the long walk from some stands, so allow for it if you are tight on a connection.
- Terminal 3 - Virgin Atlantic, Emirates and American. The busiest terminal for meet and greet, which is where the name board earns its keep.
- Terminal 4 - SkyTeam and several long-haul carriers. Quieter, though the drive around the airport perimeter adds a few minutes.

Journey time from Central London
Central London to Heathrow is usually 45 to 70 minutes, but the range is wider than most people expect. The M4 at 8am and the M4 at 11am are not the same road, and the A4 through Hammersmith behaves differently again.
For departures, give us the check-in time you want to make rather than the flight time, and we will work backwards from it with the hour and the route in mind.
Luggage is the thing to check

Journeys are carried out by Willsson and Co Ltd, trading as Chauffeur Force, a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London under licence number 0086340301, valid until December 2028, of Boundary House, Cricket Field Road, Uxbridge UB8 1QG. Every chauffeur holds a TfL private hire driver licence and an enhanced DBS check, and every vehicle is separately licensed and insured for hire and reward.
